Biodiverse Planting

Biodiverse planting basically means increasing the varieties of insects, birds and animals in a particular area by choosing the right plants.

The rainforests are the most biologically diverse places on the planet. The species numbers in the area are dependant on the climate, soil and other environmental factors.

Biodiverse planting can be incorporated into any planting scheme by using native plants, and species which are particularly attractive to bees, butterflies and other insects.
